FULL Burn Ban in Effect

Governor Inslee issued a State of Emergency for all of Washington state as of July 6, 2021, which includes a Burn Ban in effect for the entire state until September 30, 2021. The Skagit County Fire Marshal has also issued a Full Burn Ban as of July 16, 2021. 

COVID-19 cases in Skagit County are at their highest levels since the pandemic began. All three regional hospitals in Skagit County are operating at capacity, and there is now a full mandate for masks to be worn indoors in public settings, regardless of vaccination status. Please take every measure to help stop the spread and follow the guidance and precautions available at the Washington State Department of Health's COVID-19 briefing page
