THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SEATTLE HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON TODAY.

 * SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...EDISON...ALLEN...AND SEDRO-WOOLLEY.

 * ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO 3 INCHES.

 * TIMING...SNOW...LOCALLY HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL TAPER OFF BY NOON TODAY.

 * IMPACTS...ANTICIPATE WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS...RESULTING IN SOME TRAVEL DELAYS THIS MORNING.
