..WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST THURSDAY...

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...FRIDAY HARBOR...ANACORTES...AND OAK
 HARBOR.

* WIND...SOUTHEAST 25 TO 35 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. LOCAL GUSTS TO 50
 MPH ARE EXPECTED AFTER 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BECOME
 SOUTHWEST AT SIMILAR SPEEDS IN THE WAKE OF THE STRONG FRONT
 EARLY THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST SOUTHEAST WINDS ARE LIKELY THIS DURING
 THE MID TO LATE AFTERNOON HOURS. THE STRONGEST SOUTHWEST OR WEST
 WINDS ARE LIKELY TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...THE GUSTY WINDS COULD SNAP SMALL TREE BRANCHES...
 TOPPLE SMALL OR SHALLOW ROOTED TREES...AND CAUSE LOCAL POWER
 OUTAGES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 TO 39 MPH OR
GUSTS OF 45 TO 57 MPH ARE LIKELY.
