FLOOD ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM PST THIS
AFTERNOON. 

* HAZARD...HIGH TIDE ANOMALIES ARE AROUND 1.6 FEET PRODUCING MINOR
  TIDAL OVERFLOW.

* IMPACTS...AT 11.5 FEET...MINOR TIDAL OVERFLOW BEGINS IN
  BELLINGHAM. 

 AT 13.5 FEET...MINOR TIDAL OVERFLOW BEGINS IN SEATTLE. 

* TIME OF HIGH TIDE...1033 AM AT SEATTLE.

* PREDICTED TIDE...12.0 FEET AT SEATTLE.

* EXPECTED TIDAL ANOMALY...1.6 FEET AT SEATTLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.
